Standard shipping in the U.S. and Canada is free on any order above $25. Your order total must be $25 before tax is applied and after any discounts.

We find that missing packages are often mis-delivered to a neighbor, left in a mailroom or picked up by another member of the household. If you’ve checked these possibilities and still can’t locate your package, please email us at hello@sweetspotlabs.com so we can start a trace with the carrier. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days.

Returns

Products purchased from our website must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, be in new or gently used condition, and be accompanied with proof of purchase. Proof of purchase may include your order number, name, email, product lot # and photo evidence of any damages.

Unfortunately, SweetSpot Labs cannot alter an order once it has been placed. Please email hello@sweetspotlabs.com within 30 days of purchase if you’d like to return or exchange an item.

If you’re unhappy with a product, please email hello@sweetspotlabs.com within 30 days of purchase to start the exchange process.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we’ll issue you a refund back to your original method of payment. You will be notified via email of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

All our products are vegan except Rescue Balm, which is beegan and contains beeswax.

Nope! We formulate with natural ingredients whenever possible, but some natural ingredients (like essential oils) are potentially irritating to delicate intimate skin. For our full list of “no-can-do” ingredients, please click here

The safety of intimate skin is our top priority. That’s why our products are safety tested on vulvar skin by gynecologists. It’s also why we don’t take any chances when it comes to ingredients. We go beyond formulating without toxic ingredients and a wide range of known irritants/allergens, and push ourselves to find innovative ways to formulate without ingredients that can throw your sweet spots off balance. Yeast food sources, endocrine disruptors, ingredients associated with bacterial vaginosis or those with comedogenic properties that can clog pores are all “no-can-dos” in our book. When it comes to caring for Mother Nature, every little bit counts. But as a company, we know we bear a larger responsibility. That’s why we are constantly striving toward more sustainable practices. Our beegan/vegan, cruelty-free formulas are made with consciously-sourced ingredients & our packaging uses reclaimed, recycled & biodegradable material whenever possible.
